This collection features 38 stock footage and stock video clips of automobiles & cars. It includes footage of automobile assembly lines,
car safety tests, people getting in and out of cars and shots of cars in the
snow. We start with a shot of a red Lincoln pulling off side of highway and
turning on hazard lights and a car door being unlocked and opened. We then have
a car salesman showing Ford vehicles to customer at Ford dealership; customer
sitting down at desk with salesman inside dealership. Outside the airport, car
with trunk open, man loads luggage into the car. Outside airport, couple loads
the minivan up with luggage. Couple hugs and kisses before getting into the van.
At home a mother straps her baby into a
backwards-facing car seat in the front seat of her truck. Outside airport, two
businesses associates meet their contact and luggage is put in the trunk of the
car. Car parked outside of long downtown building. Outside at an airport, a man
puts his bag into the trunk of the car and gets into the passenger side of the
vehicle a grandmother hugs her grandchild, rest of family by car doors. Steady
amount of cars drive downhill on a road. A caution sign sits on the edge of the
road; trees and shrubbery fill the background.
We move on to the car assembly line -
workers installing car seats on assembly line at Ford assembly plant and an
overhead view of machine installing a windshield on a car at a Ford assembly
plant. A worker driving finished car off assembly line at Ford assembly plant
and a worker installing car seat at Ford assembly plant. Airbag testing in an
auto - a man sitting in the front seat of a car with people standing around the
car watching as two front seat airbags pop out on him. We have footage of auto
safety crash testing - car being smashed by machine, crash test dummy with
airbag in a wreck and a crash test dummy drives a truck and then a car into a

buried in the snow. Snow still falls. Another snowstorm finds a car driving
slowly on a snow-covered road. Trees fill the background. A car gets stuck in
the snow and a female tries to shovel snow out from the wheel but cars still
doesn't move. Cars in a parking lot covered with snow in the background. Nearly
dark with snow on the ground, a car is stuck in the snow with its wheels
spinning. People push the back of it to get it back on the road. This collection is built from broadcast quality footage, shot on Beta-SP (or better) equipment.
